In 2007, my wife and I purchased P90X after looking at the infomercial. We started working out, but I got injured. We stopped - fast forward to the fall of 2009 - I discovered that I would get to go with my son's Boy Scout troop on a high adventure backpacking trip in the summer. In 2007, my wife and I purchased P90X after looking at the infomercial. We started working out, but I got injured. We stopped - fast forward to the fall of 2009 - I discovered that I would get to go with my son's Boy Scout troop on a high adventure backpacking trip in the summer. Determined to get into shape, I did some cardio workouts before starting P90X with a vengeance at the beginning of January 2010. I followed the diet plan as well, and am very excited about the results! I have lost 16 lbs, gained some muscle mass, and lost several inches around my waist. I am now looking foward to working out, eating healthy, and encouraging others to do the same!

I love the healthy foods I am eating, and now all the cakes, cookies, and yuck are way behind me. Now I am committed! P360X for the year 2010! Check back for the progress!
Update 6/4/2010 Day 150 (Day 60 of Round 2) of P90X! I am seeing more definition in my core and my overall muscle tone and flexibility has greatly improved. I enjoy running a few miles each day with my daughters - and I am looking forward to backpacking with my son soon to New Mexico! Thanks Beachbody!

One year has passed! Wow! I took a break from 3 rounds of P90X to do another Beachbody product, RevAbs. Great workout! Kept me in great shape! Looking forward to another 90 days with P90X. Check back with me often. Let's change the world, 1 body at a time!
Update 7/4/11 I have finished 30 days of The Asylum, and now into a hybrid routine of P90X/The Asylum. My weight has been consistent and my muscle gains are improving. I love the Meal Planner - and I am living proof of the power of using Shakeology for over 1 year - with great energy results!

07/12/11 Tonight I logged my 301st workout! Yahoo! Since April 2010, it took me over a year, and i know i had several sickouts and no-logs.
