My transformation began December 1, 2008. I decided that is the day that my life would change. I had stumbled on an article in a women's fitness magazine and was intrigued by an article I had read on bodybuilding. It led me to a website that changed my life. Since then I have been reading and researching the world of "bodybuilding" and have been following a program that has helped me so much. I currently eat (5-6) small meals a day as well as follow a weightlifting program 4-5 days a week along with cardio. I have lost 25lbs of fat and have gained some visible muscle since the beginning and continue to follow it through to my goal of 140lbs.
