I am 32 years old living in the suburbs of Minneapolis/St.
Paul MN. I work for a legal publishing company. In my free
time I read, go to movies, help teach a taekwondo class at a
local community college, bike or jogs around the lakes in
the summer, and spend time with friends and family.

I began my journey into fitness using the Body for Life
program my senior year of college. I went from about 215
pounds down to 175. For years, through law school and even
after I kind of hovered around that weight and stay at a
pretty consistent level of fitness.

In May of 2004 I broke my ankle and was basically confined
to being inactive for three months. In that time I backslid
and let my weight go back up (although not quite to the
level it was at before) and again got out of shape. At that
point I started working with a trainer and learning about
nutrition.

I have now plateaued again with my fitness level. I have
been around 180 pounds (give or take a few) and about 20%
bodyfat for about a year. My goal is to do an entire round
of Chalean Extreme and P90X by July, and break through that
final barrier to get as fit as I can possibly be.
