Hi I'm 50 yrs. old and just trying get back on track with health. Been using P90 since 5/09. I'm impressed so far. Lost about 20 lbs. and seeing changes in body measurements. Plans are to continue P90 and maybe in a year step to P90x. I'm currenly lifting weights and running/walking.
