More statistics| mikeinop Hi I'm 50 yrs. old and just trying get back on track with health. Been using P90 since 5/09. I'm impressed so far. Lost about 20 lbs. and seeing changes in body measurements. Plans are to continue P90 and maybe in a year step to P90x. I'm currenly lifting weights and running/walking. 3/2/2010 Today marks workout 299.Since,5/7/2009, I've lost 25lbs. I stopped using p90 due to a shoulder injury on 1/7/2010. Plan to start second round of p90 hopefully after 3/15/2010. Body More ...
