I have enjoyed running just about my entire life and I like the strength and confidence I get from dumbbell workouts. I read Arnold Schwarzenegger's Body Building for Men in the late 1980's and was hooked. A few years ago I read Bill Phillips' "Body for Life" and learned a lot about the nutrition necessary to fuel your body while working out.
