When I first began I was a heavy drinker, I ate poorly, and led a pretty sedentary lifestyle. My idea of activity was going out to the bar and sitting in front of a TV watching Hockey or Football and drinking beer and eating wings, burgers, and nachos all night long. As you can imagine,it wasn't pretty.
