About 6 weeks ago today, I walked into my bathroom to carryout my normal morning routine. I turned around looked in the mirror and what I saw was horrifying. I was officially in the worst shape and health of my life. I had become a binge drinker daily. All I ate was greasy fat loaded fried foods. I was slipping into a depressive state which only drove me to drink more and eat more/worse. Well on that one morning standing in the bathroom. I decided no more, I am tired of feeling like this. I want to be healthy and fit. I need to be otherwise down the road I am going to have a bucket load of health problems. From that day foreward I have gaven up all fried/greasy foods and 99.9% of my drinking consumption. I looked to p90x because it was a very structured program that I knew would whip me into shape. Since that day I have followed the diet to a near perfect T and brought it to the workouts! I am happy to say that just after 30 days. I have lost 8lbs and inches all over! I cannot wait for the next 60 days and beyond!
