My story is like that of many others ... I have ALWAYS been a fitness buff - runner, kickboxer, martial artist, gym rat. I have always been in good shape, however I have a fondness for food, More ...
My story is like that of many others ... I have ALWAYS been a fitness buff - runner, kickboxer, martial artist, gym rat. I have always been in good shape, however I have a fondness for food, particularly bread and pastries, that led me to become what I consider "skinny fat." I appear fit and buff in my clothing, but in reality when those articles of clothing came off, I was "soft."

I came across the infomercial for P90X one sleepless night in 2007, and immediately researched, then ultimately purchased the program. I diligently followed the program during the spring of that same year for 30 days, then went on vacation with every intention of sticking to the eating program and resuming the program immediately upon my return. Unfortunately, this was not what happened - I fell off the P90X wagon, and the program was forgotten about until the beginning of this year, 2009, when in frustration with my lack of results from the gym, I pulled it out and decided to commit myself to the program. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

And so ... here I am today ... just surpassed day 60, and almost to day 90. After this round, I plan to do round two, and three or more if needed. Fitness is a way of life for me. This time, I plan to succeed and attain my desired goal of a tight, fit, healthy body!
