I'm so excited that you have decided to make changes in your health and fitness! Let me start by telling you a little about myself and why I am a HUGE fan of beachbody! I am a mom to a beautiful girl who is 4 1/2. I love to spend time with my friends and family and most of all the love of my life! Before I found out about beachbody, I was trying every pill,

Like most people! I have spent my life in ups and downs with weight loss! I have tried just about every diet, diet pill, workout program and so on, causing my pocket book to become thinner and More ...
Like most people! I have spent my life in ups and downs with weight loss! I have tried just about every diet, diet pill, workout program and so on, causing my pocket book to become thinner and thinner! In 2009 I was hitting the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours a day trying to achieve my "perfect" body!

In 2009 I started working out to Power90 and using shakeology. I was stuck at 140 unhappy lbs and trying my butt off to get down to a healthy weight. At 5 ft thats a little more than I wanted or needed to carry! I finished Power90 and quickly moved onto Chalean Extreme. I loved the change ups that the programs give me and I love that I actually saw results within the first week of each program. I just started P90X, which is a huge, huge deal for me because I was scared to death to do it. I'm on my third week, weighing in at an amazing 120 lbs! Im not at my goal but I will be before my 90 days is over. For me it's not about numbers though, it's about how I look and feel. I know that muscle weights more than fat so even if my numbers are higher, as long as I can feel and look healthy, thats all that matters to me! I can't wait to add to this once I get closer or finish P90X. If I can do it than anyone can do it!! Trust me!! LOL!!

Oh and one of the coolest parts is that now I'm only spending about 45-60 minutes a day working out instead of hours. So now I can give that time to my family who deserves it more than any gym!!
