Like others, after baby number 2 the weight seemed much harder to keep off!I work full time and have found it hard to make it to the gym. I have tried every diet, fatburner, and pills on the market. I always seem to lose and gain it right back. This time it will be different! I want fitness and health to be a lifestyle for me so I can be at my best.... physically, mentally, and spiritually. I have been through a lot of life changes in the past couple of years causing my weight to go up and down, and poor eating was a constant for me. Moving forward now with Beachbody in my life I know I will be back in shape in no time. I just finished the 2 day fast and lost 5.6lbs! My clothes are already fitting better. I will stay motivated and dedicated to acheive my personal fitness goals. I am truly pumped about my Beachbody journey and hope that I can help others to acheive there fitness goals as well.I am back in the game now and cant wait to see my results. NO Pain No Gain

Well I am on day 5 of my work out feeling very good sore but good lost 1 lb Yeah!!!! rest day is ahead.
