Lilburn, GA I NEVER exercised as a kid, because I was very active. The first and last time I did group aerobics was in 9th grade as my P.E. requirement. I loved it because it was with all my friends and it was girls only and we had a blast doing it! Well I was also a dancer so my exercise came from that. Of course I grew up and got married, had kids....you know the story, typical. At present, when I I NEVER exercised as a kid, because I was very active. Well I was also a dancer so my exercise came from that. Of course I grew up and got married, had kids....you know the story, typical. At present, when I say that I was a dancer, people snicker and say, "yeah right". I have tried everything! Even videos based on dancing, but I get bored. Remember how I used to do it? In a group, but ummmm, that is not happening now, not with my life and the way I look and not to mention money. So no more excuses, I have to deal with the reality of it all and make a commitment, that's why I am here. I have three kids, a 13 yr old boy, 7 yr old girl (my dancer) and 3 yr old girl. I don't want them embarrassed to be around me and I want to share my passion of dancing with my 7yr old. I have a photography business and run the house because my husband works full time and is in school full time. So going to the gym was and still is out of the question. Working out took a back seat until I found Beachbody! Now, it's time for me to grow up and become the new version of who I used to be!

I started working out on or around May 10, 2009. I have always been aware of my fitness needs and very educated on healthy eating, just never seemed to be able to apply it. I was introduced to this program by my brother and fell in love with it instantly. I started by doing the 10 Minute Trainer (which i still use and love), but since have varied my workout with Yoga Booty Ballet and Shawn T.'s Rockin' Body (my personal favorite). I've done a group workout using the Plyo-X workout from P90X and it was amazing! I don't know what it was about this program that motivated me so much, but it worked! I love it and will keep using it even when I've surpassed my fitness goals......Decide, Committ, Succeed!!!!
