Irwindale, CA First of all, my name is Robert. I like long walks on the beach, reading a good book, and love love love movies. But i only wear jeans or track pants on Fridays (mean girls). Lol. I'm just kidding bout all that stuff. I like to joke a lot. I do really love movies, but I love comedy or laughing. A good laugh is a good ab workout right? Anyways, growing up i was always self-conscious about my First of all, my name is Robert. I like long walks on the beach, reading a good book, and love love love movies. A good laugh is a good ab workout right? Anyways, growing up i was always self-conscious about my appearance. I always had an area to work on. So like anyone might do, i tried numerous "crash" diets. And at one point even developed an eating disorder. However, after my recovery i vowed to reach my goals healthily. Over the past 18 months i've lost a total of 45 pounds...reaching one of my goals. Once i reached it, i set a new one to keep me motivated. I never thought I would love exercising...going a day without it feels unnatural now. I'm constantly on the lookout for new techniques to try so i can refer them to friends and family. One thing that i love to pass on is turbo kick boxing. It's helped me so much and it doesn't feel like you're working out. I'm such a firm believer in the format that i now teach it. Geez i feel like i'm writing a novel...lol so let me finish by saying that fitness has helped me in soooo many ways, and i've picked up sooo many things, and I WANT to help others and help them reach their goals.
