I'm a full-time grad student with a full-time 9-5 office job. I started P90X in
September, and I was doing great - even lost three inches off my waist in the
first 30 days - until finals came around! Then, unfortunately, the wheels
came off ... so after a week and a half of nothing but school and work (no
exercise), I got the 10 minute trainer too. That gives me some great
