My journey started with Beachbody in 2004 I was in my early 30's with 3 children. (A girl and two boys who are 1 1/2yrs apart)I found myself at my biggest and I just felt awful. I was tired all the time and I just didn't feel good.

After seeing an informercial for Slim in 6. I said that's it I'm getting it. I had never really stuck with any kind of excercise consistently - ever! Not even in high school. I ordered Slim in 6 and followed it faithfully as well as logging on to the message boards for support and I got great results. I then decided to go on and try Power 90 and absolutely loved it!! Again I got great results but after I completed Power 90 I dropped the ball. I didn't have a plan. I just finished the 90 days and that was it. I didn't make the lifestlye change. I got my results and thought I was done. I slowly ended up going back to my old ways. No excercise at all and eating whatever!

In Jan 2006 a friend had told me about a kickboxing class she was going to take. This was a 10 week challenge and asked if I wanted to join her. I accepted and it changed everything. I found a new passion in life - fitness! I got in the best shape of my life and even became an instructor. This time something was different. It didn't stop at 10 weeks. This time it became a way of life to excercise and eat right. No quick fixes it was new way of living.

During this time (2007) I came across the new informercial for Power 90X, being familiar with Beachbody products, I knew this is what I needed to do to take my fitness to the next level. I bought it and loved it! It was harder than anything I had done before. I loved the challenge. I didn't finish the full 90 days that first round but I did keep working out.

Due to some hard times finacially, my lifestyle changed, I went from working part time to working two jobs 60 hours a week. As a result I lost some of my progress due to not working out as often as I would have liked and gained a few pounds as well as body fat. (eewww)

Then in Feb 2009, a friend mentioned P90x and said she was going to be starting it. I thought this must be a sign. I need to just get back to it. I knew working out at home I could be consistent and could do this even around my hectic schedule.

We decided to start together on 2/9/09 and I will never go back. I'm doing Beachbody forever! They are the best workouts and with a busy lifestyle I love that I can do them on my time right at home and don't have to leave my family. I'm so excited for what the future holds and I want to continue to improve and challenge myself with the fitness products from Beachbody.

So join me guys - it'll be the best decision you can make. We don't have to stay the same we can make lifestyle changes no matter what age. There is nothing better than feeling super fit and healthy.
