In 2006 I had no self confidence, no self love, nothing inside to motivate me. One day I took a picture of myself and saw what that hatred had done to me. I found myself getting close to 200 lbs. I knew it was time to do something about it. I mentioned that I wanted to try TurboJam at work one day and a friend soon brought me in CardioParty2 to try out. Soon I'd lost 4lbs and 14 inches!!! I would not let myself rest until I did it. I had to do modified versions as I was injured at the time & extremely OUT OF SHAPE. As I exercised more, I began to eat better because it made me feel better.

I continued on in 2007 just maintaining the weight I'd lost until the end of the year. I decided it was time. I told myself you are what you eat, you are CHEESE! lol! So I threw away the cheddar, got out the DVD player, and made Chalene my idol.

I'm now over 60lbs lighter. I recently threw away my scale and am simply measuring. Once I reach my measurement goals or when I have to get new clothes, I'll see what I weigh and let y'all know. :)
