I am a 20 year old college student at Michigan State University. I have never really had problems with my weight until the end of high school and then in college it got worse. (In high school I was a 3 sport athlete so I was always busy and burning calories) Senior year, I broke my foot and got up to 235 before graduating. Then freshman year I got up to 270 POUNDS! Almost one week in, I slipped up a little on day 3 and missed my workouts and ate some real unhealthy food at work... However, I am BACK! and more motivated than ever! After some close friends have made some comments about my weight, big stomach or butt, making fun of me having to buy "ghetto" jeans just so they fit, and other comments have really gotten to me. It's time to make a change! It's just beginning, but I definitely expect that at the end of these 90 days, there is going to be a HUGE difference! Then, I also see myself purchasing P90X or something to continue and enhance my body!!! My biggest thing isn't really the workouts, it is the food, but I am different now, IT'S GAME TIME!!!
