My goal is to be consistent. I've been working out on and off for some time now, but I never stick with it. I have to admit, Beachbody has made it easier for me to stay motivated. It really helps More ...
My goal is to be consistent. I've been working out on and off for some time now, but I never stick with it. I have to admit, Beachbody has made it easier for me to stay motivated. It really helps to schedule your workouts in WOWY. When you see people of all ages getting in great shape, and with great attitudes, it very encouraging. Now I'm going to look at getting something for my joints and so forth. By playing football and baseball in the past, my shoulder has taken a beating. I'm confident I'll get stronger inside and out in the coming months and years. Why not get healthier with age. Look at Tony Horton. Soon I'm going to see if I can complete the P90x...looks rough, but thats my goal. Plus I can be in pain in my own house, not in a public gym.
