I am currently 43 (turn 44 in the midst of the p90 program). I have always wanted to get into premo shape. My wife and I play doubles volleyball on the Lincoln sandcourts as much as possible. I am looking forward to this coming summer when I can take off my shirt with pride.

I am doing this for my self to prove that I can stick with something for at least 90 days (marriage of 12 years counts
