Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed some level of physical activity, but over the last few years I slacked off, had trouble finding time and really just lacked the serious commitment... Until More ...
Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed some level of physical activity, but over the last few years I slacked off, had trouble finding time and really just lacked the serious commitment... Until now! Recently, after getting active again with co-workers @ work and remembering how much I loved it and how good it feels, I decided to truly commit to just staying active and being as healthy as possible, without the self-imposed pressure of how much and how fast I lose weight and not setting unrealistic weight loss goals. Plus, I didn't realize how out of shape I'd gotten until I started doing some workouts with Chalene! I initially had trouble getting through a short 20 min workout... I don't ever want to get that out of shape again! Now that I've been consistently exercising, I have seen a change in physique and increase in endurance and strength and I'm loving it. Now I'm just committed to a better me...the best me ever.
