Virginia Beach, VA I started P90X in the middle of August 2009 after being sedentary for 6 whole years before that. When I was younger, I was very active and played many sports including wrestling, track and field, baseball etc. When I finished high school I just let myself breakdown into the college lifestyle. I did everything that college kids do to themselves. Don't get me wrong, I had a great time and given I started P90X in the middle of August 2009 after being sedentary for 6 whole years before that. When I was younger, I was very active and played many sports including wrestling, track and field, baseball etc. When I finished high school I just let myself breakdown into the college lifestyle. I did everything that college kids do to themselves. Don't get me wrong, I had a great time and given the choice, I'd do it all again the same way. Fast forward to now, 3 years after college and still trying to live the lifestyle isn't working for me anymore. It is time to change. So insert P90X, a reasonable change in diet and some intramural sports... I'm not even done with my 1st round of P90X and I'm loving it. Getting outdoors and kicking butt again it gratifying enough, but add the fitness that I am building with P90X and I am going to be unstoppable again! I'm already trying to decide if I want to do another round of classic before I go to X+!!! But I'm getting ahead of myself, just going to keep moving forward one day at a time.

I started P90X in the worst physical shape of my life. I wasn't big, I've never been big, but I was very unhealthy. It only showed a little bit on the outside, the real bad stuff was under the skin. I was already beginning to feel age catching me. At 25, that's a serious problem. Right now I'm 5 weeks into my 1st round of P90X and I feel great, even if I don't make any progress in the mirror (which I know isn't going to be the case), I am going to keep going and going and going, multiple rounds of P90X, outdoor sports every season, everything and anything that includes me moving and having fun. I can't wait to keep posting photo's so you can see my progress.
