I am a SAHM of 3 sons. I used to work as a Customer Service rep for 8 years. So I was sitting down a lot. So I gained a lot of weight. I homeschool my sons so when the homework is done I pop in the Turbo Jam and me and their PE credit as well. It works very well since we cannot get outside with the cold and snow.
