I have been working out for over 15 years. Predominantly running and strength training. I do biathalons as well. But I feel like for all the effort and time I put in to working out and eating right, my results should be more apparent. I followed WeightWatchers to keep my weight in check and that worked well. Still felt flabby, though. I NEVER pay attention to infomercials--but the P90X one
