More statistics| mnicelady14 Litchfield, MN I'm 49, with a history of heart problems on the female side. I wish to learn to keep my weight and cholesterole under controle. I started putting weight on at about 30. I went from 120 to 153. I did get back down to 140 just by cutting out soda and cutting back on starchy foods.
