I'm 49, with a history of heart problems on the female side. I wish to learn to keep my weight and cholesterole under controle. I started putting weight on at about 30.
I went from 120 to 153. I did get back down to 140 just by cutting out soda and cutting back on starchy foods. The Dr. says I should loose a little more and get more Exersise.
I am the mother of 3 daughters, grandmother to 5-3

Loosing a job really takes it's toll on a person. I dinn't notice till I needed to start wearing my summer clothes and only the streatchy ones fit. Then going to school added stress and even less activity to my schedule. My top weight is now 173. Uuuugghhh!!!
