i'm a sahm of 2 gorgeous girls, and have been working out faithfully for over a
year now (which is saying something)... i'm excited to have someone to be
accountable to and someone who has "been there" to help me through the
rough spots :o)

i started doing a circuit program, outlined in "the biggest loser" book, and
walking on a treadmill... after 12 weeks of that, i had dropped 45 pounds,
and was super motivated. i started More ...
i started doing a circuit program, outlined in "the biggest loser" book, and
walking on a treadmill... after 12 weeks of that, i had dropped 45 pounds,
and was super motivated. i started adding in other workouts, such as, the
biggest loser cardio max and power sulpt dvds and some pilates, yoga and
walking dvds... i obviously slowed way down after that initial 12 weeks, but
kept dropping steadily. i hit 80 pounds, but had a hard time maintaining it,
and ended up gaining 20 pounds back over the summer, while still working
out each day, so now i'm just remotivating myself and trying to not get
discouraged. i love how i feel after a good hard workout... it's amazing what
my body can do, if i let it.
