OK!!!! I know I need a tan!...I tried to be honest in my pictures...(no sucking
in...no flexing...to give an accurate account of my progress) (My honesty
makes me a terrible salesman but I have to live with me)

I may never be an "infomercial" but I have lost 20 lbs in just a few months. I
am finishing
Round 2 or P90X and feel GREAT. I am still running and started swimming this
month so I am
not bulking up like Tony (Yet)

after years of Tai Bo and sporadic Power 90....My kids occupy the chin up bar
for hours a day and everyone even the 3 yr old Samantha love "TONY & The

I will keep pushing play and can't wait to get some sun and swimming in

October 6th, I begin my 4th round of P90X. The last round was not as complete as the 1st two. I had to modify and do cardio (Run/bike) and even take an embarrassing "REST DAY" from time to time. The week I started Nursing School full time, I wrecked on my motorcycle. The extra stress of school and the injury added to my life are making it a bit harder to find an hour to do a video work out. I have the "10 min trainer cards" (to do in the parking lot during lunch) and began listening to lectures while running and biking. I DO NOT want to go backwards. I have BeachBody and Tony Horton motivating me to NOT STOP. I will continue to eat well and make time to do "something" each day. God/Family/Fitness- If I keep my priorities straight things will be fine

Jan 6th 2009, I begin my 2nd Year of Beachbody living. I am starting my 4th round of P90X...I can not count the last round as complete because of all the modifications and missed days I had due to stress and shoulder injury. I gave to Goodwill away any clothes I had that fit me before I met Tony and P90X. I refuse to go back to that life. So I have no choice but to keep eating well, exercise and be healthy. I start my 2nd clinical semester of nursing School this week and will need the discipline and energy of a healthy body to finish the nursing program. I have to set the example for my soldiers, classmates, peers and children.
