Time to start over again. Unfortunately I have fallen off the fitness wagon and I am back to where I started. This time I hope to really learn how to make myself a priority. I won't be able to keep More ...
Time to start over again. Unfortunately I have fallen off the fitness wagon and I am back to where I started. This time I hope to really learn how to make myself a priority. I won't be able to keep up this pace of a full time employee, full time Mom, Girl Scout Leader, Soccer Coach, PTA Volunteer, etc., etc., etc. if I am not healthy. The last time I lost the weight I had a lot more time on my hands. So now it is time to take back my life and get healthy again. With my limited time contraints I am committed to using the Shakeology Shakes for 1 to 2 meals a day and working out for at least 30 minutes a day. For workouts, I like the P90 dvds, turbo jam, Shakeology, 10 minute trainer and walking on the treadmill. I am going to try to work in some yoga also for stress relief!
