Greenville, WI I am 34 yrs old, married with 4 chidren. I've never been "over weight". Staying thin always came easy to me. However, being in shape and eating healthy was difficult. Ater delivering my forth child, I gained 15lbs and could NOT get it off no matter what I tried. I always struggled with cronic fatigue, mood swings, and low body temperature. I joined the "Y" with my family, I am 34 yrs old, married with 4 chidren. I've never been "over weight". Staying thin always came easy to me. However, being in shape and eating healthy was difficult. Ater delivering my forth child, I gained 15lbs and could NOT get it off no matter what I tried. I always struggled with cronic fatigue, mood swings, and low body temperature. I joined the "Y" with my family, but still no relief. The weight never budged and I got discouraged and quit going to work out. My husband had bought P90X about a year prior, but we never used it. Finally, one day, I guess when we were fed up, we decided to PUSH PLAY! It took us "deciding" we wanted to change, we "committed" to it, and then we experienced the overwhelming "change"!!!! I no longer struggle with the fatigue! (I use to take a nap anytime I could get a couple hours in and sleep 8 hrs a night) My body temperature stays regulated, and I FEEL SO GOOD! I no longer have such harsh mood swings! This is my second time doing the program, however, the first time thru it, I only finished 60 days. I can not wait to see how much better results I get after these next 90 days! JUST KEEP PUSHING PLAY and BRING IT!

I first started P90X Feb. 2010. I successful completed 60 days of the program! However, my husband and I went on a cruise and COMPLETELY fell off the wagon! lol Not to fear though! I again started P90X in July for the second time. Things are going great and I can not wait to see the results! It's amazing how much you can help other people by your own progress!
