A mom of 5 boys ranging from 7 to 21. We own our own business in which I manage the office during the day. Our family is extremely active (or I should say the boys are active). We are also extremely social and go out a lot which often times makes it very difficult. I am 100% committed to this program. We are going to Hawaii in June and I want to look and feel good.

I have always been 10-20 pounds overweight. I have always eaten unhealthy so this is the hardest change for me especially now that I have five boys and we are always running to some sporting event. My oldest has inspired me to get into shape. He is a specimen of health and is a great accountability partner.
