Well I work a lot of hours so there really is not a lot of time for working out but I really can not stand the way I look anymore. I use to be 108 size 2 and I want that person back. I have had a series of things happen in my life that has caused me to forget about taking care of myself but those days are gone, I want to be strong again in body and mind. I have been working out and watching what I eat for about 6 months and have went from 175 to 148 as of today. It is a constant watching what I am eating and working out. I do tend to get bored very More ...
I have been working out and watching what I eat for about 6 months and have went from 175 to 148 as of today. It is a constant watching what I am eating and working out. I do tend to get bored very easily (around 2 months) so I am always trying something new. I lose weight very slowly and if I am not on top of myself all the time I put it on twice as fast.
