Westhampton Beach, NY I am a wife,mother of 3, nurse by trade, business owner, previous gymnast, Cheerleading & gymnastics coach, Boot Camp,Spin, Kettle Bell, Turbo Kick Instructor, Weight and Personal Trainer a SPARTAN RACE STREET TEAM MEMBER and Competitor NOW, but years ago I was hit by a drunk driver, blew out my knees and couldn't walk, which we also know means "NO EXERCISE". After intense I am a wife,mother of 3, nurse by trade, business owner, previous gymnast, Cheerleading & gymnastics coach, Boot Camp,Spin, Kettle Bell, Turbo Kick Instructor, Weight and Personal Trainer a SPARTAN RACE STREET TEAM MEMBER and Competitor NOW, but years ago I was hit by a drunk driver, blew out my knees and couldn't walk, which we also know means "NO EXERCISE". After intense surgery, therapy, I began at it again. Then only to be rear-ended by an 18 wheeler, (o.k. so maybe the car is a place I should stay out of) and here we began more therapy and very little movement. Between accidents,3 pregnancies, abdominal surgeries, and YES WEIGHT GAIN, I said NO MORE. I was not going to allow my life to take on its own direction, a path I was not happy with. I navigate each and every time I push PLAY, where I will be only at that very moment. I know only I have the power to control my choices and decisions and we all have to be proud of what we do. I have always been into fitness and I think it goes without saying, I am a fitness NUT. Getting up each day with a focus and starting my day with my feet already running, is an amazing drive! It keeps me in motion throughout each and every day. I start my day around 4 am, with 3 kids there will be no time when the first footstep hits the ground. I have scheduled my early mornings for ME! If we leave it to chance then something else will always get in the way. ( WE NEED TO TAKE OURSELVES OFF THE BACK BURNER, PICK YOUR TIME AND WHETHER YOU INVEST IN EAR PLUGS OR A DOOR LOCK "YOU ARE ALOUD YOU TIME!!!" ) A typical day consists of 4 am workout, 5 am boot camps, then back home to hit play for a mix of everything, outdoor running, wall climbs, abs, older one out the door, before I hit the showers and it's off to drop the younger two to school, teach Fitness Classes and then finally off to work. We have to be in charge of us. Make a plan, pick a day, an hour even 30 minutes, High Heart Rate (that is a GOOD thing) all you have to do is start... It will become addicting, and your energy will spread to others like wild fire. Be infectious. Love what you do, if not change it! First step, LOVE YOU! You are worth more than you know.... WE NEVER KNOW OUR LIMITATIONS UNTIL WE PUSHED PASSED THEM! GET OUT THERE AND PUSH YOU! I am here to help...

With my time I am looking to maximize results and help to make it fun for others and share the love and excitement I have with all of you. These workouts pumped up my workouts to the next level and at 5:00 every morning I push play and Give My All! We are the one's in control in order to change ourselves for the better!
