More statistics| momofalitter I'm an Army wife, have been for nearly 8 years. We've got 4 boys, ages 13-4. I've started & given up several workout programs-the easiest one to keep was the random stuff I did before my sister's wedding so I wouldn't be the fat bridesmaid-but none have been enough to keep my attention for a long period of time. I'm hoping Turbo Jam is the program that keeps me going-I've heard nothing but good My Progress My fitness goal: Transformation story
So far, things are going great. I'm eating better-salads, dried fruit as snacks, a Kashi Go Lean cereal for breakfast... walking or biking w/the kids daily... not craving the bad stuff nearly as often More ...
