More statistics| momordh Where does a person start? I am fortunate enough to have been graced with good genes. I have always been thin, so loosing weight is not the issue. I do however; have the hardest time building muscle. I started lifting weights combined with cardio and saw some results. Mainly increased strength as opposed to tone. Then I got into Muai Thai kickboxing. I combined this two times a week along | ?
