Fitness has always been a part of my life. I have always struggled with eating, and have always been on a diet. I was diagnosed with MS in 2007, and it was a big struggle for me. I wasn't able to workout and with all the medications I was on, I became very depressed, and the weight just kept coming on. I have learned how to deal with my symptoms, and have been able to exercise again.
