More statistics| moneygoddess After doing everything possible to lose weight except diet and exercise, I found out the only thing that truly works is DIET and EXERCISE!! At 54 I am not doing this for vanity but for health. I am looking for accountability and think it might be here! I would like to lose 30 pounds.
