Hi, I recently received my Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army after 8 years of service and started my civilian life by eating and drinking all the things I missed over the last few years while in Iraq and Afghanistan. So now 35lbs later I am taking a stand and am re-dedicating myself to get back to my old college football weight and fitness level.
