I have never being overweight, but after some years of not
doing exercise and not being 20 anymore, you start to see
the effects. S my husband and I decided to make a change.
That was 2004 when we started with P90 and i lost the 10 lbs
I needed. since then we have done P90X, P90X+ and i have
done Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam and just started ChaLean Extreme

Transformation story

I used to be super skinny all my life. When i was around 19
i started lifting weights to gain weight. I gained 8 lbs of
pure muscle, i was on top of the world. But somehow i got  More ...
I used to be super skinny all my life. When i was around 19
i started lifting weights to gain weight. I gained 8 lbs of
pure muscle, i was on top of the world. But somehow i got
sidetracked and after some years of not doing exercise,
eating horribly and not being 20 anymore, I started to see
the effects. I gained about 20 lbs in less that a year. And
I literally cried when i saw myself in a picture. In 2004 my
husband and I decided to make a change and started with P90.
We changed drastically our lifestyle. Since then we have
done P90X and P90X+ a couple of times and I have done Hip
Hop Abs, Turbo Jam and just started ChaLean Extreme in April
26, 2009. We have definitely changed, for the good. My
future goal is to lower my BF a little bit more so i can
start seeing my thigh muscles instead of the saddle bags.
