Hello! My name is Iesha Underwood. I am married and a mother of a beautiful baby boy who is 3 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for the last four years. My weight has consistently gone up and down and it has become so frustrating. I have decided that I am determined and I will lose this weight and keep it off, once and for all.

I have tried every kind of diet, diet pills, and workouts I can think of. I have done Turbo Jam, Tae Boe, Slim in 6, and my own little routines. I won't even name the diet pills and diets, there isn't More ...
I have tried every kind of diet, diet pills, and workouts I can think of. I have done Turbo Jam, Tae Boe, Slim in 6, and my own little routines. I won't even name the diet pills and diets, there isn't enough space to fill. I have been successful with them all. I lost my pregnancy weight with Slim in 6. I achieved my goal weight for my wedding with Tae Boe and I have lost weight so many times to Turbo Jam. So losing the weight isn't my problem, it's keeping it off I go wrong!!! However, I have reached my breaking point. I am so tired of dissappointing myself, by working extremely hard to take the weight off and then turn right back around and putting it back on. This past Christmas, my husband and I had Christmas dinner at my home. I hadn't seen my mother n law in a few weeks so when she walked in the door, the first thing that came out of her mouth was, "Iesha, you sure are getting fat! Are you sure you aren't pregnant." I was so embarrassed. She had totally embarrassed me in front of all my guest. Then my sister took a photo of me a few days before and she brought it with to the dinner and I could not believe my eyes. I was a completely different person in that picture. I was petrified. My stomach was hanging over my sweater and my face and my breast were huge. I knew then, it was time to make a change for good. A few months earlier I didn't look that way. But then again I was good at losing the weight, but had a really hard time managing it. I decided to try Slim in 6 again. I remember how much success I had with that program and how hard it was to complete. I felt that if I had to really put some hard work into my workout then I would finally be able to keep it off. So I ordered the DVDs ( the ones I used three years ago belong to my twin sister) and the two day fast. I started the fast on 4-7-07 weighing a whopping 135 lbs. I took those dreadful before pictures. Eventhough I looked really fat and horrible, I was mad nor embarrassed. I felt a sense of motivation. I was excited and determined to create a drop dead gorgeous after picture. I started the workout on 04-09-07. The workout was very very challenging, but I loved it. I loved every minute of it. I ate only from the first two tiers. Worked out every morning at 4:30 to 4:45 Mon-Friday and Saturday no later than 11:00 am. I made that my top priority, no excuses. The best thing I could have done was surround myself with healthy foods and healthy alternatives for my cravings. Lean Cuisine became my personal chef and Michi's Ladder my bible.
