During my college years is when I really started getting serious about exercising. I loved lifting weights. That was my primary exercise of choice. I played plenty of racquet ball, but never really focused on the cardio aspect much more than that. I never really ate garbage food, but also never avoided the junk foods all the time either. I felt I was in pretty good shape overall both strength wise and cardio, but was getting tired of the same old schedule. Well, my wife saw the infommercial for P90X and thought it would be something I would like. I was looking for something different, but never believed in the stuff you see on t.v. as it has to be a pitch to get your money and never does what it says --- Right? WRONG! I decided to do it. I bought P90X, and I can say thank you to my wife for suggesting it. It has been in my opinion, the best overall workout program I have ever done. Of course, the food diet is very important as well to get the full benefits. I have since than purchased P90X+, and also have been doing the One on One. I love it, and so does my 4 year old daughter. She works out with me, and tells me to bring it all the time. She will come up to me to ask if I am going to workout with Tony today. It has been great, and a life change for me. As Tony says in the videos, keep pushing play, and I will be doing it until I can't anymore. To your health and fitness.
