I am a 31 year old wife and mother. I have been married to the love of my life for 10 years and we have two beautiful daughters together.

Weight has always been a struggle in my life. I have gone from one fad diet to the next, tried one type of pill after another....and nothing works permanently.

My husband saw the P90X infomercial one Sunday afternoon and had me watch it with him. He decided he would like to do it - to build more muscle. I liked the idea of an eating program and exercise program that worked hand in hand. So I said, let's do it together.

I started doing the P09X lean program and currently am doing Chalean Extreme. My goal is to be fit and confident and take care of the body that the Lord has given to me.
