I'm 36 years old, overweight and tired of it. I struggle with a bad back because my core is very weak. I started to put weight on when I was in university (~40 lbs). After University I put on another 20 lbs. I was playing hockey a couple times of week and managed not to gain any weight for about 7 years. I started beachbody in the beginning of December, got my Turbo vids shortly after that. I didn't actually start them until the end of January, beginning of February. I did it for a couple of weeks and More ...
I started beachbody in the beginning of December, got my Turbo vids shortly after that. I didn't actually start them until the end of January, beginning of February. I did it for a couple of weeks and then let issues from work get in the way of my personal life. Well I srated back near the end of May and am still going today, just over 3 weeks of consistent workouts. Feeling good and working hard to stay on track.
