39 yr old computer application designer and support
specialist... spend 8-12 hours a day at my desk. Have
gained 20+ pounds in the last several years because of that.
Would optimally like to lose that weight and firm up
everywhere possible (my wife would like that, too!) :)

Transformation story

So, here we go again, folks! I have done a couple rounds of Power 90 over the last 1.5 years, started P90X (had an injury a month into it and had to stop), and am now back on the wagon and working More ...
So, here we go again, folks! I have done a couple rounds of Power 90 over the last 1.5 years, started P90X (had an injury a month into it and had to stop), and am now back on the wagon and working towards an Insanity Challenge!

I've let myself slip into winter hibernation mode (easy enough to do here in Wisconsin!), and have gained back weight that I'd hoped to lose forever... so, now, I'm setting my sights for my current goal: 180 pounds! Last year, I was down to 184, but I've slipped back to a waaayyy too solid 197. Not the right direction!

So, I'm starting with the Power 90 program for a few weeks, and when I feel I've gained enough ground, I'm going to jump into Insanity and run the full 60 days of that. Once I finish that, if I can still move, I'll see if I can't try P90X one more time.
