I am a 24 yr old who has always wanted great physical health that shows its presence by a great body. I have only had one problem, I seem to be very inactive. I have never liked sports or many physical activities for that matter....so why don't I have that amazing body?....I really can't figure it out...lol! I have reached a crucial point in my life and it is sink or swim. I have chosen to swim thus far and will be that much closer to shore once I succeed. So here I go!!! I had a very successful business that was ripped from under me due to some, shall we say, interesting business associates. I have struggled very much over the last year, trying to rebuild my financial life after loosing almost everything as well as having to change my spending habits. I am now in a place where I can start moving forward again, I have secured a steady source of income as well as adjusted all my expenses so I can enjoy my life again. One of my biggest life changes is how much "FREE" pleasures in life are really out there. I have now started accomplishing or beginning many of the things that I have always wanted in life, but have pushed to the back of the burner for more immediate less time consuming and, well lets face it, EASIER thing. It is my time now to accomplish the ultimate goal of being physically fit. We all know that along with the physical side of working out comes the mental side too. So my focus will be on perfecting my physical health, knowing that my mental health will follow. That's not to say that I am completely unhappy with my life or a crazy mental case, but I know it could be better. So I look forward to controlling my physical health and enjoying all the benefits that come along with it.
