More statistics| mrsbrandy Saint Louis, MO I turned 50 May of this year and want to be sure I don't feel or look it! I've been a runner since the age of 13. I run from 8-10 miles a day. Since turning 50, I want to work on other parts of my body too. The running is great for some parts but not the upper body - namely the arms. My son has this program and absolutely loves it.
