I started with using Beachbody programs in July 2009 when my Husband Ernie (gforcefitness) became a coach, I am using Slim n 6 and Hip Hop Abs and I have had great results: Losing over 30 lbs and over 10 inches from my waist!!! I was so excited with the results I wanted to become a Coach and help others that might be My Progress My fitness goal: Lose Weight Transformation story
