Transformation story

Started working out on May 8. Weighed myself and did measurements on that day. On day 17 of my exercise program I weighed and measured myself and lost a total of 2 pounds and 4 1/2 inches. When More ...
Started working out on May 8. Weighed myself and did measurements on that day. On day 17 of my exercise program I weighed and measured myself and lost a total of 2 pounds and 4 1/2 inches. When weighed myself of goal day (which ended up being 39 days after I started) I have lost 7 inches and 1/2 pound. Have started the accelerated program, so I will let you know how that goes.

Ok, started again on November 8, 2010. Have not measured since then. I will do it on Monday :) That is my 2 week mark :)

Restarted TMT on June 20, 2011 after having a hysterectomy! Started CE on Aug 1, dropping 6 pds and 7 inches in between :) That gives me a total of 17 1/2 pds and 24 inches gone :)

On Fri. Dec 16 I had my tonsils and adnoids removed :)  So I am not able to exercise but come Jan I will be Starting back with Slim in 6 :)  I am so ready :)  I love SI6 and will be More ...

I don't know where the time goes!  Life has been so CRAZY :)  I'm just glad I have been able to get my exercise in :)  I wish I would get under 150 but I know that it will come in time More ...
