More statistics| mrsnyde1 I have decided to start this program due to the roller coaster effect I have with my personal fitness. Over the past several years, I was extremely devoted to working out on a religious basis. I ran 3-5 miles a day, had a strict diet, and visited the gym at least three times a week for strength training. Lately, (in the last year or so) I have not been so strict.
