I'm a Systems Admin guy working with computers all day and usually in cold rooms. I sit for most of the day, staring at a computer monitor. I'm married, with two kids in college. A lack of upper body strength and a lack of flexibility are the things I want to focus on, while trimming down and getting back in reasonable shape.

Around april of this year, I weighed in at 202 pounds. A former runner who had to stop a few years ago with bad knees, I started jogging around my neighborhood, eventually working up to 3 miles twice a week, and 9 miles in a state park on Saturday. But knees started bothering me again. I decided to try P90X. Jogging got me down to about 180 pounds and that was where I started P90X in August. Just started week 6 yesterday and I'm down to 165. I also went from a very snug size 38 waist to about 33" now.
