I am a 35 year old husband and father of 3 (1 boy and 2 girls), who has allowed himself to get out of shape. I have always been on the heavy side and have struggled to keep my weight under control my whole life. I promised myself that I would get in the best shape of my life by my 35th birthday and I am probably in the worst shape of my life. I failed myself so the new goal in to be in the best

Day 26, down 24lbs and inches have come off all over the place. 4 inches from the waist and 1 inch from hips, chest and arms.
