I was a great athlete in my school days but I was told I looked like a man with breasts by a boy that I could out lift. I became bulimic and started quitting sports. I really started gaining wait in college when I was too tired to cook so I started eating out all the time. After my wedding my husband traveled for work for weeks/months at a time so I was still eating out too much. I got sick and went on Prednisone and quickly added 30 pounds that I shed once but then got pregnant and have not been able to lose it again. I am a craver. I crave salty and rich foods. I love a good meal. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I need to get this weight off of my body so that I can cope better with my daily pain and increase my energy that is already reduced by the chronic condition. I don't need this weight holding me back in life any longer and I want to be a good example for my children. I am tired of being fat and tired. I am tired of feeling like the fat girl in the family. I am tired of my 3 year old asking me if I am having another baby when looks at my belly.
