Hello, I am 33 years old,born in Bloomington,IL but live in Louisville,KY.I am a stay at home dad during the day and I own my own company and work a second job. I like to play softball and I love dirt track racing,I raced open wheel modifieds for a couple of years. I started out with p90x in March of 2009. I have lost 60 pounds in a 180 days and i plan to keep going. I wanted to be in good health for my boys and my wife.My wife is also doing p90x and has lost 20lbs . I played 4 years of college baseball on scholarship and threw 3 no-hitters. My wife and I always seemed tired. I was hooked to soft drinks and had problems sleeping.My wife suggested that we order p90x and I laughed at her but we ordered it anyway. Good thing,because I feel better than I ever have in 10 years. Now I sleep just fine and have plenty of energy in the day.It is now 1yr and 3 months straight i started insanity for my one year anniversary,this week is my last week still staying same weight but lost some inches and gained some muscle.
